Kobelco makes donation to aid recovery
from Philippine typhoon disaster

Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. extends its heartfelt sympathy to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Typhoon No. 30), which struck the central Philippines in November, and prays for a recovery as soon as possible.

Kobelco and its Singapore-based subsidiary, Kobelco International (S) Co., Ltd., have donated an SK210LC hydraulic excavator to Guiuan, Philippines.

Kobelco’s distributor in the Philippines, JVF Commercial and Project Development Support Services, has already dispatched an operator, and relief operations are underway. Support activities will continue in the future.

Hoping to contribute to an early recovery, Kobelco is committed to continuing support activities.
